Zero to Tech is a digital course. As soon as you complete your purchase, you get instant access to all 8 lessons, the workbook, and the 90-day plan.
Because access is instant, UK law normally gives you 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase — but that right doesn't apply once you've started using digital content you agreed to access straight away. By buying Zero to Tech, you agree to instant access and you agree that this waives your 14-day cancellation right for this purchase.
That said, we want you to feel good about buying this. If something goes wrong on our end — you were charged but never got access, you were charged twice by mistake, or the course genuinely isn't what we described — email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we'll sort it out, which may include a full refund.
Outside of that, because you get full access to everything immediately, we don't offer refunds simply for changing your mind or not finishing the course.

Zero to Tech is training and information only. It doesn't guarantee a job, income, or any specific result. What you get out of it depends on your own effort, time, and circumstances. Any certifications mentioned are options to look into, not promises — always check current details with the certification provider directly.
Once you buy, the course and workbook are yours to revisit whenever you like. Zero to Tech is for your own personal use — please don't copy, resell, or share the content with people who haven't purchased it. We may update these terms from time to time.
PRIVACY POLICY
When you visit zerototech.co.uk or buy Zero to Tech, we collect the information you give us directly — your name, email address, and phone number — plus payment details, which are handled securely by our payment processor (Stripe) and never stored by us directly.
We use your details to give you access to the course, send you your workbook and lesson materials, keep you updated on your 90-day plan, and answer support questions. If you've agreed to hear from us, we may also send occasional emails about Zero to Tech — you can unsubscribe any time.
We use trusted service providers to run Zero to Tech — GoHighLevel (our customer and email platform) and Stripe (our payment processor). We don't sell your information to anyone. We keep your information for as long as you're a customer, and for a reasonable time after.
You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or ask us to delete it — email [email protected]. Our website may use basic cookies to help it run properly; you can control these through your browser settings.
